Publication Process

Publication Ethics and Policies

The journal is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics, transparency, research integrity,
and open-access publishing in accordance with COPE Principles and DOAJ requirements.

1. Manuscript Submission

  • Authors submit manuscripts through the journal's online submission system.
  • All submissions must comply with the journal's author guidelines, ethical policies, and reporting standards.

2. Initial Editorial Screening

  • The Editorial Office evaluates submissions for scope, originality, formatting, plagiarism, and ethical compliance.
  • Manuscripts not meeting journal requirements may be returned or rejected.

3. Peer Review

  • Eligible manuscripts undergo a Double-Blind Peer Review process.
  • At least two independent reviewers assess scientific quality, novelty, methodology, and relevance.

4. Editorial Decision

  • Based on reviewer recommendations, the Editor may decide:
  • Accept
  • Minor Revision
  • Major Revision
  • Reject

5. Revision and Resubmission

  • Authors submit revised manuscripts along with a detailed response to reviewers’ comments.
  • Revised manuscripts may be sent for further review if necessary.

6. Final Acceptance

  • The Editor-in-Chief makes the final publication decision after successful peer review and revision.

7. Production and Proofreading

  • Accepted manuscripts undergo copyediting, typesetting, and author proof approval before publication.

8. Online Publication

  • Articles are published online immediately after final approval and assigned a DOI.

9. Publication Ethics

  • The journal adheres to the principles and best practices of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
  • Cases involving plagiarism, data fabrication, duplicate publication, authorship disputes, or ethical misconduct will be handled according to COPE guidelines.

10. Open Access Policy

  • All published articles are freely accessible under the journal’s Open Access policy, supporting the requirements of the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ).
